Atovaquone

阿托伐醌

Mechanism of action:

Atovaquone 主要作用於粒線體電子傳遞鏈，抑制原蟲粒線體中的 cytochrome bc₁ 複合體（complex III），阻斷電子傳遞與氧化磷酸化過程，導致 ATP 生成受抑制與細胞能量不足。
