Mechanism of action:
Aurothioglucose 的作用機制尚未完全明確，不過有些研究認為其金離子（Au⁺）可與腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase）的巰基（-SH）結合，進而抑制免疫細胞代謝與發炎反應。
