Azelastine

Mechanism of action:
Azelastine 是一種 H₁ 抗組織胺（H₁ antihistamine）分子。Azelastine 能選擇性拮抗 H₁ 組織胺受體，減少由組織胺引起的血管擴張、微血管滲漏、鼻黏膜水腫等反應與癢感。Azelastine 還能抑制肥大細胞（mast cell）去顆粒化，降低組織胺、白三烯（leukotrienes）與前列腺素（prostaglandins） 的釋放。
