Basiliximab

巴利西單抗

Mechanism of action:

Basiliximab 是一種嵌合型單株抗體。Basiliximab 專一性地結合於 T 細胞表面的白介素-2 受體 α 鏈（IL-2R α chain，又稱 CD25），此受體僅在活化的 T 細胞上表達。這阻斷了 IL-2 與該受體的結合，使 T 細胞活化與增殖受抑制，也防止活化的 T 細胞擴增與對移植器官產生免疫攻擊反應。
