Mechanism of action:
Beclomethasone 是一種合成的糖皮質激素（synthetic glucocorticoid）。Beclomethasone 透過活化細胞內糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor，GR），以基因調控方式抑制發炎反應，抑制促發炎基因（如 IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、COX-2 等）的轉錄。
