Bemiparin

貝米肝素

Mechanism of action:

Bemiparin 是一種低分子量肝素（low molecular weight heparin）。Bemiparin 主要透過與抗凝血蛋白 III（antithrombin III）結合並增強其活性，抑制凝血因子 Xa（factor Xa），使凝血酶原（prothrombin）變成凝血酶（thrombin）的生成量下降，以減少纖維蛋白（fibrin）形成。此外，bemiparin 也與抗凝血蛋白 III（antithrombin III） 結合，增強其活性，降低血栓形成與擴大的可能性。
