Benzocaine

苯佐卡因

Mechanism of action:

Benzocaine 是一種對胺基苯甲酸（para-aminobenzoic acid，PABA）的酯類衍生物。Benzocaine 透過可逆性地阻斷神經細胞膜上的電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated Na⁺ channels），阻斷 Na⁺ 內流，使神經元無法去極化（depolarization）產生與傳導動作電位，導致局部感覺喪失。
