Benzonatate

苯佐那酯

Mechanism of action:

Benzonatate 能與神經元細胞膜上的電壓門控鈉離子通道（voltage-gated Na⁺ channels）結合，讓鈉離子通道處於不活化的狀態，阻止 Na⁺ 流入細胞產生去極化（depolarization），因此動作電位無法產生，使感覺神經麻痺，導致咳嗽反射敏感性下降。
