Benzonatate

苯佐那酯

Mechanism of action:

Benzonatate 能與神經元細胞膜上的電壓門控鈉離子通道(voltage-gated Na⁺ channels)結合,讓鈉離子通道處於不活化的狀態,阻止 Na⁺ 流入細胞產生去極化(depolarization),因此動作電位無法產生,使感覺神經麻痺,導致咳嗽反射敏感性下降。
