Besifloxacin

貝西沙星

Mechanism of action:

Besifloxacin 是一種第四代氟喹諾酮類抗生素（fluoroquinolone antibiotic）。Besifloxacin 能與 DNA 旋轉酶（DNA gyrase，細菌的拓撲異構酶 II，topoisomerase II）複合體結合，阻止該酵素重新連接 DNA，導致細菌 DNA 斷裂。Besifloxacin 也會抑制拓撲異構酶 IV（topoisomerase IV）的活性，使細菌 DNA 無法正確分離與複製。
