Betamethasone

倍他米松

Mechanism of action:

Betamethasone 是一種合成糖皮質激素（synthetic glucocorticoid）。Betamethasone 穿過細胞膜後與糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor，GR）結合，促進抗發炎基因（如 IL-10、IkB-α 等）的表達，以及抑制促發炎基因（如 IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、COX-2 等）的表達，以基因調控方式抑制發炎相關反應。
