Betrixaban

貝曲西班

Mechanism of action:

Betrixaban 是一種凝血因子 Xa（factor Xa）抑制劑。Betrixaban 能可逆地抑制凝血因子 Xa 的活性，阻止凝血酶原（prothrombin）轉變成凝血酶（thrombin），進而抑制纖維蛋白（fibrin）形成，最終降低血栓形成的可能性。
