貝伐珠單抗

Mechanism of action:

Bevacizumab 是一種重組的單株抗體。Bevacizumab 能專一性結合游離型 VEGF-A，阻止其與受體 VEGFR-1/2 結合，抑制內皮細胞的活化與新血管形成，進而影響腫瘤微環境中的血管生成相關過程。
