Bexarotene

貝沙羅汀

Mechanism of action:

Bexarotene 是一種選擇性類視黃醇 X 受體（retinoid X receptor，RXR）促效劑。Bexarotene 會活化細胞核內的受體 RXR（相對上較偏向 RXR 路徑而非 RAR），進而調控多種與細胞分化、增殖及凋亡相關的基因表達，影響腫瘤細胞增殖，並可促進細胞分化與凋亡，並可降低 IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ 等發炎性細胞激素的表達。
