Bitolterol

比托特羅

Mechanism of action:

Bitolterol 是一種 β₂-腎上腺素受體促效劑（short-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist）。Bitolterol 會在肺部或血液中經酯酶（esterase）代謝後轉化為有活性的 colterol，之後與呼吸道平滑肌上的 β₂ 受體結合，刺激 Gₛ 蛋白-腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase）系統，增加 cAMP，活化蛋白激酶 A（PKA），使平滑肌鬆弛、呼吸道平滑肌張力下降。
