Bivalirudin

比伐盧定

Mechanism of action:

Bivalirudin 是一種直接凝血酶抑制劑（direct thrombin inhibitor），可逆地抑制凝血酶（thrombin）的活性。Bivalirudin 能結合於凝血酶的活性位點，阻止凝血酶將纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）轉化為纖維蛋白（fibrin）；也能結合於纖維蛋白原結合位點（exosite I），阻止凝血酶附著於血栓表面，降低新血栓形成與既有血栓擴大的可能性。
