Brinzolamide

布林佐胺

Mechanism of action:

Brinzolamide 是一種碳酸酐酶抑制劑（carbonic anhydrase inhibitor）。在睫狀體（ciliary processes）上皮細胞中，碳酸酐酶 II 參與房水的生成。Brinzolamide 會抑制碳酸酐酶 II 的活性，使房水分泌量下降，進而影響眼內壓。
