Budesonide

布地奈德

Mechanism of action:

Budesonide 是一種合成糖皮質激素（synthetic glucocorticoid）。當 budesonide 進入細胞質後，會與糖皮質激素受體（glucocorticoid receptor，GR）結合形成複合體，之後進入細胞核調控免疫相關基因的表達，例如促進抗發炎基因（如 Annexin A1、IL-10）表達，同時抑制發炎基因（如 IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, COX-2）的表達。
