Buprenorphine

丁丙諾啡

Mechanism of action:

Buprenorphine 是一種鴉片類藥物（opioid），屬於 μ-阿片受體部分促效劑，同時也是 κ-阿片受體的拮抗劑。Buprenorphine 以高親和力結合 μ-阿片受體，產生鎮痛相關的受體訊號。但在高劑量時會出現天花板效應（ceiling effect），使 μ-受體相關作用呈現飽和特性，因此也可用於鴉片類依賴的替代治療相關策略。此外，抑制 κ-阿片受體可調節 κ-受體相關神經訊號傳導。
