Butorphanol

Mechanism of action:

Butorphanol 是一種鴉片類藥物（opioid），具有 κ-阿受體促效作用與 μ-阿片受體部分拮抗或弱促效作用。Butorphanol 主要活性在 κ-阿片受體，能抑制腦與脊髓的疼痛訊號傳遞；同時也會抑制鈣離子進入神經末梢，減少神經傳導物質（如 substance P、glutamate）釋放。對於微弱的 μ-阿片受體作用，使其 μ-受體相關效應相對受限。
