Canagliflozin

Mechanism of action:
Canagliflozin 是一種鈉-葡萄糖共轉運蛋白 2 抑制劑（SGLT2 inhibitor）。在正常情況下，腎臟會將過濾出的葡萄糖幾乎全部重新吸收，約 90% 的這些葡萄糖會經由近曲小管上皮細胞的 SGLT2 吸收，剩餘 10% 由 SGLT1 吸收。Canagliflozin 可抑制 SGLT2 的功能，阻止葡萄糖重新吸收，使大部分葡萄糖隨尿液排出。
