Carboplatin

Mechanism of action:
Carboplatin 是一種第二代順鉑（cisplatin）的結構改良衍生物。Carboplatin 在細胞內經水合作用（aquation）釋放出活性 鉑離子（Pt²⁺），會與 DNA 鹼基（特別是鳥糞嘌呤 N7 位點）結合，形成股內交聯與股間交聯。這些交聯使 DNA 無法正常複製與轉錄，讓細胞週期可能停滯於 G₂/M 期，並引發 DNA 損傷反應與細胞死亡相關路徑。
