Carboplatin

卡鉑

Mechanism of action:

Carboplatin 是一種第二代順鉑(cisplatin)的結構改良衍生物。Carboplatin 在細胞內經水合作用(aquation)釋放出活性 鉑離子(Pt²⁺),會與 DNA 鹼基(特別是鳥糞嘌呤 N7 位點)結合,形成股內交聯與股間交聯。這些交聯使 DNA 無法正常複製與轉錄,讓細胞週期可能停滯於 G₂/M 期,並引發 DNA 損傷反應與細胞死亡相關路徑。
