Cetirizine
西替利嗪
Mechanism of action:
Cetirizine 是一種第二代 H₁ 受體拮抗劑（H₁ receptor antagonist）。Cetirizine 能結合於外週組織的 H₁ 受體，穩定 H₁ 受體於不活化狀態並阻斷組織胺（histamine）作用，可抑制血管擴張與漿液滲出、減少神經性搔癢與過敏反應。
