Cetrorelix

Mechanism of action:

Cetrorelix 是一種促性腺激素釋放激素拮抗劑（GnRH antagonist）。在下視丘-垂體-性腺軸（HPG axis）中，促性腺激素釋放激素（GnRH，gonadotropin-releasing hormone）自下視丘釋放後會結合於腦下垂體前葉的 GnRH 受體，刺激分泌黃體成長激素（LH）與濾泡刺激素（FSH），這些激素進而促進卵巢濾泡成熟與排卵。Cetrorelix 直接與腦下垂體的 GnRH 受體競爭性結合，立即抑制黃體成長激素與濾泡刺激素的分泌。
