Chloramphenicol

氯黴素

Mechanism of action:

Chloramphenicol 會與細菌核糖體的 50S 亞基的 23S rRNA 結合,阻斷肽鏈轉移反應(peptidyl transferase activity),也阻止胺基酸之間形成肽鍵,導致蛋白質合成停止。
