Chlormezanone

氯美扎酮

Mechanism of action:

Chlormezanone 是一種中樞性肌肉鬆弛劑（centrally acting muscle relaxant）。Chlormezanone 的確切分子機制尚未完全明確，可能作用於脊髓反射弧與網狀結構（reticular formation），抑制多突觸反射（polysynaptic reflexes），降低骨骼肌張力。也有研究顯示 chlormezanone 能增強 GABAergic 抑制性神經傳導，導致鎮靜與抗焦慮效應。
