Chlorzoxazone

氯宗洒腙

Mechanism of action:

Chlorzoxazone 是一種中樞性肌肉鬆弛劑（centrally acting muscle relaxant）。Chlorzoxazone 主要在中樞神經系統內的脊髓與腦幹層級發揮作用。Chlorzoxazone 會透過影響小導電度鈣離子活化型鉀離子通道（small conductance calcium-activated potassium channels，SK channels），促進鉀離子外流，使神經元膜電位超極化（hyperpolarization），來降低脊髓運動神經元興奮性，特別是抑制多突觸反射弧（polysynaptic reflexes）的活動，達到肌肉鬆弛與減少痙攣。
