Ciclopirox

環吡酮胺

Mechanism of action:

Ciclopirox 是一種羥基吡啶酮類(hydroxypyridone)衍生物。Ciclopirox 能與三價鐵(Fe³⁺)以及鋁離子(Al³⁺)等多價金屬離子形成穩定螯合物,這些金屬離子是真菌多種金屬酶(metalloenzymes)的必要輔因子。當金屬離子被 ciclopirox 螯合後,會阻斷真菌的代謝與細胞膜運作,最終使細胞死亡。
