Ciclopirox
環吡酮胺
Mechanism of action:
Ciclopirox 是一種羥基吡啶酮類（hydroxypyridone）衍生物。Ciclopirox 能與三價鐵（Fe³⁺）以及鋁離子（Al³⁺）等多價金屬離子形成穩定螯合物，這些金屬離子是真菌多種金屬酶（metalloenzymes）的必要輔因子。當金屬離子被 ciclopirox 螯合後，會阻斷真菌的代謝與細胞膜運作，最終使細胞死亡。
