Clobazam

氯巴占

Mechanism of action:

Clobazam 是一種苯二氮平類(benzodiazepine)衍生物。其主要作用機制為增強中樞神經系統中 GABA_A 受體的抑制性傳導作用。Clobazam 能結合於 GABA_A 受體上的苯二氮平結合位點,提升受體對 GABA 的親和力。提高 GABA 結合後,clobazam 會使氯離子通道開啟頻率增加,導致較多氯離子流入神經元,使細胞膜產生超極化(hyperpolarization),降低神經元動作電位傳導機率,最終產生抗痙攣、鎮靜、抗焦慮。
