Clomipramine

氯米帕明

Mechanism of action:

Clomipramine 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant）。Clomipramine 主要抑制血清素轉運體（serotonin transporter），其次抑制正腎上腺素轉運體（norepinephrine transporter），阻止血清素與正腎上腺素的回收，增強這兩種神經傳導物質介導的訊號，減少憂鬱與強迫症狀。
