Cyanocobalamin

氰鈷胺;維生素B12

Mechanism of action:

Cyanocobalamin 是一種維生素 B₁₂(vitamin B₁₂)的合成形式,屬於鈷胺類(cobalamin)化合物。Cyanocobalamin 本身是維生素 B₁₂ 的穩定前驅物,在體內會轉化為兩種具有生物活性的輔酶形式,甲基鈷胺(methylcobalamin)與腺苷鈷胺(adenosylcobalamin)。甲基鈷胺是甲硫胺酸合成酶(methionine synthase)的輔酶,與 DNA 合成和紅血球成熟有關;而腺苷鈷胺是甲基丙二酸單醯輔酶A變位酶(methylmalonyl coenzyme-A mutase)的輔酶,與脂肪酸和胺基酸代謝有關。
