Cyclobenzaprine

環苯扎林

Mechanism of action:

Cyclobenzaprine 是一種中樞性骨骼肌鬆弛劑（centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant），屬於三環類化合物（tricyclic compound）。Cyclobenzaprine 的作用機制尚未完全瞭解，主要作用於腦幹與脊髓的網狀結構（reticular formation），透過抑制多突觸反射（polysynaptic reflex）降低脊髓 α 運動神經元（α-motor neuron）的活性，從而減少骨骼肌張力。
