Cyproterone

環丙孕酮

Mechanism of action:

Cyproterone 會與雄激素受體（androgen receptor，AR）競爭性結合，阻止睪酮（testosterone）與二氫睪酮（dihydrotestosterone，DHT）的作用，使毛囊、皮脂腺、攝護腺等部位對雄激素的反應降低。由於具孕激素類活性，cyproterone 可抑制下視丘-垂體-性腺軸（H-P-G axis），減少黃體成長激素（LH）與濾泡刺激素（FSH）的分泌，進而抑制睪丸合成睪酮。
