阿糖胞苷
Mechanism of action:
Cytarabine 是一種嘧啶核苷(pyrimidine nucleoside)類似物。Cytarabine 的結構類似胞苷(cytidine),但其糖基為阿拉伯糖(arabinose)而非核糖(ribose)。Cytarabine 本身為前驅物,需經細胞內的酵素磷酸化為 cytarabine triphosphate 才有藥理作用。Cytarabine triphosphate 會與 dCTP 競爭性結合至 DNA 聚合酶,並可被摻入 DNA 造成鏈延長受阻,導致 DNA 合成中止,最後引發細胞凋亡。
