Dabigatran

Mechanism of action:

Dabigatran 是一種直接性凝血酶抑制劑（direct thrombin inhibitor）。臨床常用口服劑型為其前驅藥 dabigatran etexilate，體內水解後生成 dabigatran。Dabigatran 抑制凝血酶（thrombin）的活性，導致纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen）無法轉化為纖維蛋白（fibrin），阻止血栓形成。
