Daclatasvir

達卡他韋

Mechanism of action:

Daclatasvir 會抑制 C 型肝炎病毒的 NS5A 蛋白的功能，阻斷病毒 RNA 複製複合體（RNA replication complex）的形成與運作。Daclatasvir 也會破壞病毒顆粒的組裝與釋放的過程。
