Dalfopristin

達福普汀

Mechanism of action:

Dalfopristin 是一種鏈陽菌素類（streptogramin）抗生素，常與奎奴普丁（quinupristin）組合。Dalfopristin 能與細菌的 50S 核糖體亞基的肽基轉移酶（peptidyl transferase） 結合，阻止新生肽鏈延長。同時也改變核糖體構型，導致和奎奴普丁的結合親和力顯著增加，抑制蛋白質生成。
