Dalteparin

達肝素鈉

Mechanism of action:

Dalteparin 是一種低分子量肝素（low molecular weight heparin）。Dalteparin 能與抗凝血酶 III（antithrombin III）結合，增強其對凝血因子 Xa（factor Xa）的抑制作用。最終減少纖維蛋白（fibrin）的生成，防止血栓形成。
