Mechanism of action:
Danazol 是一種 17α-乙炔睪酮（17α-ethinyl testosterone）衍生物。Danazol 能抑制腦下垂體前葉分泌濾泡刺激素（FSH）與黃體成長激素（LH），導致卵巢的雌激素（estrogen）與孕酮（progesterone）生成減少。
