氨苯碸
Mechanism of action:
Dapsone 是一種抗生素，屬於碸類（sulfone）衍生物。Dapsone 能抑制二氫蝶酸合成酶（dihydropteroate synthase），阻止對胺基苯甲酸（PABA）與蝶啶（pteridine）結合生成二氫蝶酸（dihydropteroic acid），這是合成葉酸（folic acid）的關鍵步驟，使細菌葉酸合成受阻，進而影響胸苷等核苷酸生成與 DNA/RNA 合成。
