Daptomycin

達托黴素

Mechanism of action:

Daptomycin 是一種環狀脂肽類抗生素（cyclic lipopeptide antibiotic），由玫瑰孢鏈黴菌（Streptomyces roseosporus）發現。Daptomycin 的殺菌作用機制與多數傳統抗生素不同，屬於細胞膜去極化型（membrane depolarizing）。Daptomycin 的脂肪酸尾端可在鈣離子幫助下嵌入細菌細胞膜，誘導細菌膜形成小孔，造成鉀離子等離子外洩，使細胞膜電位喪失，進而干擾能量代謝與大分子合成，最終導致細菌快速死亡。
