Darbepoetin

Mechanism of action:

Darbepoetin 是一種重組的人類紅血球生成素(recombinant human erythropoietin)。Darbepoetin 能結合於紅血球祖細胞(erythroid progenitor cells)上的紅血球生成素受體(erythropoietin receptor)。該受體活化後,啟動 JAK2-STAT5 訊號傳導路徑,促進細胞存活與分化。Darbepoetin 也會藉由同樣的受體促進骨髓內 BFU-E(burst-forming unit-erythroid)與 CFU-E(colony-forming unit-erythroid)兩種紅血球原始細胞分化成熟,增加網狀紅血球(reticulocyte)的產生,進而提升外週血的紅血球數量與血紅素(Hb)濃度。
