Darunavir

達蘆那韋

Mechanism of action:

Darunavir 是一種 HIV-1 蛋白酶抑制劑（HIV-1 protease inhibitor）。Darunavir 可與 HIV-1 蛋白酶的活性位點高親和力結合，阻止該酵素將 Gag-Pol 多蛋白前驅物（polyprotein）切割成功能性蛋白質。這會讓之後產生的病毒顆粒變成未成熟且無感染力。
