Dasabuvir

達沙布韋

Mechanism of action:

Dasabuvir 是一種非核苷類 NS5B 聚合酶抑制劑（non-nucleoside NS5B RNA polymerase inhibitor）。C 型肝炎病毒的 NS5B 聚合酶負責以病毒 RNA 為模板合成新的病毒 RNA。Dasabuvir 可與 NS5B 的 palm domain 非活性位點結合，改變其構型，阻止 RNA 延長反應的進行，抑制病毒 RNA 的合成，使病毒無法複製。
