Degarelix

地格瑞克

Mechanism of action:

Degarelix 是一種促性腺激素釋放激素拮抗劑（GnRH antagonist）。Degarelix 可選擇性地結合並阻斷腦下垂體前葉 GnRH 受體，阻止促性腺激素釋放激素（gonadotropin-releasing hormone，GnRH）的活化作用。此拮抗會抑制腦下垂體分泌黃體成長激素（LH）與濾泡刺激素（FSH），之後使睪丸的萊迪希細胞（Leydig cell）分泌的睪酮（testosterone）量下降。
