Denileukin diftitox

重組白血球介素-2

Mechanism of action:

Denileukin diftitox 是一種重組的融合蛋白(recombinant fusion protein),結合了白喉毒素(diphtheria toxin)與人類白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)。若腫瘤細胞表達 IL-2 受體(IL-2Rα,CD25),該融合蛋白會與之結合,並經受體內吞作用進入細胞。在細胞內,白喉毒素的催化結構域(catalytic domain)會催化真核延伸因子2(eukaryotic elongation factor 2,eEF2)的二磷酸腺苷核糖基化(ADP-ribosylation),之後抑制細胞的蛋白質合成,使細胞死亡。
