Desflurane

地氟烷
Mechanism of action:
Desflurane 是一種氟化乙醚類(fluorinated ether)衍生物。Desflurane 的分子機制尚未完全明瞭,但與其他吸入性麻醉劑類似,主要透過對中樞神經系統的多重作用。Desflurane 可能會增強 GABA_A 受體的活性,使氯離子內流增加,導致神經元超極化(hyperpolarization),抑制神經興奮,產生鎮靜與失去意識。Desflurane 也可能調節多種離子通道與突觸傳導,降低整體神經網路興奮性。
