Desipramine

地昔帕明

Mechanism of action:

Desipramine 是一種三環抗憂鬱藥（tricyclic antidepressant），為米帕明（imipramine）的主要活性代謝物。Desipramine 能抑制正腎上腺素轉運體（norepinephrine transporter），阻斷突觸前神經元對正腎上腺素的回收，使突觸間正腎上腺素濃度上升，延長其在突觸後受體上的作用時間，進而調節與情緒、注意力與能量狀態相關的中樞神經傳導功能。
