Desloratadine

地氯雷他定

Mechanism of action:

Desloratadine 是一種第二代 H₁ 受體拮抗劑（H₁ receptor antagonist），屬於哌啶類（piperidine）衍生物。當組織胺（histamine）釋放後，會與 H₁ 受體結合，引起血管擴張、微血管滲透性增加、搔癢與黏液分泌等過敏反應。Desloratadine 能競爭性阻斷該受體，防止組織胺誘發的發炎與過敏症狀。
