Desmopressin

去氨加壓素

Mechanism of action:

Desmopressin 是一種合成抗利尿激素類似物（synthetic analogue of antidiuretic hormone）。Desmopressin 能與腎臟集尿管的主細胞（principal cell）的 V₂ 受體結合，啟動 Gs 蛋白，活化腺苷酸環化酶（adenylyl cyclase），提升 cAMP 濃度，促進水通道蛋白-2（aquaporin-2，AQP2）移到頂膜（apical membrane），增加水分重新吸收，尿液濃縮、尿量減少。
