Dezocine

地佐辛

Mechanism of action:

Dezocine 是一種部分鴉片受體促效/拮抗劑（mixed opioid agonist-antagonist analgesic），屬於苯嗎喃（benzomorphan）衍生物。Dezocine 在中樞神經會和 μ-受體（μ-opioid receptor）結合，產生部分促效作用，產生鎮痛與鎮靜相關作用。此外，dezocine 也能拮抗 κ-受體（κ-opioid receptor），相對較不易引起不愉快或精神異常反應。
